Main House: 5 bedrooms: 2 with king beds, 2 with 1 twin bed each (no room for air mattresses on the floors) and 1 with 2 twins. 2 full baths, plus a half-bath on the main floor.
"Boys House": 2 bedrooms: 1 with one set of bunk beds (twin size) and 1 bedroom with king bed; 1 full bath jack-n-jill style
Beach House: 1 king bedroom; 1 small but full bath (summer only).
Parking: Available along loop driveway in wooded parking spots, and in front of garage
Outbuildings: There is a garage, a wood-shed, and storage shed, all faced in pine bark
